How do I care for my Victoria bag?
It is important to store your Victoria bag in dry, moisture-free, place. Use your dust bag with a few silica packets to absorb any moisture if your Victoria bag should get wet. Leather can dry out, become stiff and crack if stored in heat.

I purchased a Victoria Fur. It is shedding some, not a lot. Is there something I can do to stop the shedding and how do I care for my bag?
Some minimal shedding is to be expected. The skin was cut with the fur, there is no glue attaching the fur to the skin. Even on animals, hair grows in stages. Some areas may have more minimal shedding than others. Overall, shedding is minimal. Keep your Victoria fur in the coolest closet possible and always in the dark. Do not store in a plastic bag or garment bag. Fur hates heat. It is not the actual hair that is affected, it is the hide or leather that can dry out, become stiff and crack.
I want to clean my bag. How do I do that?
Mix a small amount of mild liquid soap to warm water and use a soft damp cloth to wipe away any dirt from the outside of your handbag once a week. Never use baby wipes, vinegar or any other 'home remedy' for cleaning or stain removal, many of these products have chemicals and substances in them that can cause damage to the color, dry the leather out, create a buildup of grease in the leather and any number of other problems. Use a professional leather cleaning agent for tougher stains. Also, keep your bag “stuffed” to keep its shape.
