RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Info on how to return or exchange your one-of-a-kind.
You may return any stock product for refund or exchange within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned items must be in there original condition, unused, unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached and in the original packaging (including, if possible the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return. To return a product send an email to email@example.com. See Terms of Sale for additional information on returns. Restrictions apply to any return or exchange, including altered or personalized products, sale and other non-returnable products, see Terms of Sale .
Returns are not accepted on custom orders, including custom artwork.
Allow up to 10 business days for credit to reflect on your account.
For exchanges contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you received a gift from FRAMED, you may exchange it for equal or greater value within 7 (seven) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference.
