A quick explanation of how and when you will receive your bag.
How does this work?
Once we have shipped your order, we will send an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number and estimated date-of-delivery. To ensure your package is delivered safely to you, a signature is required for delivery. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotel/motel addresses. We are currently unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and its territories situated outside North America.
We offer complimentary ground shipping via United States Postal Service on all U.S. orders. In-stock orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Express/Second Day delivery- $25 if your item is in stock and is not special-order.
Complimentary express shipping is available on orders over $500 if your item is in stock and is not special-order.
Overnight delivery, if applicable, is $40 if your item is in stock and is not special-ordered.
Your order must be received by 1 PM (EST). Delivered the next business day.
Holiday shipping - not be available on federally recognized holidays.
What is the timeline to expect a bag?
Framed handbags are custom, made-to-order. In-stock handbags will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Reservation fees, 50% of total order, are accepted for out of stock items.
Out-of-stock item can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.
Does a person get any type of confirmation number or code? Can they track them?
You will receive an order number once your FRAMED order has been processed. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
